November 9th, 2008 - November 14th, 2008
PCCCA Annual Conference: This annual event will be held at Zephyr Point Presbyterian Conference Center on Lake Tahoe in Nevada. Not only will we be celebrating our 100th birthday as an organization, but we will be with our friends in Outdoor Ministry from the Evangelical Lutheran Church of America. Our theme is "Gathered As One" and we will be focusing on education, inspiration and relationships. Our keynote speaker, the Rev. Anna Carter Florence, is the Associate Professor of Preaching and Worship at Columbia Theological Seminary and has a passion for outdoor ministry. December 5th, 2008 - December 7th, 2008
PCCCA Focus Event: This weekend program is designed specifically for individuals who are considering a call to the ministry of camps and conference centers. The event includes workshops, worship, a question-and-answer session, a talk about current job openings at Presbyterian sites, a tour of Stronghold Camp and Conference Center, and a panel discussion with a General Presbyter, Director of Operations and Program, Director of Special Programs and a Maintenance Coordinator. This year the program will be held at Stronghold Conference Center in Oregon, Illinois.

January 8th, 2009 - January 13th, 2009
PCCCA Program Connection: This event will take place at Dwight Mission in Vian, Oklahoma. Program Connection provides a wonderful time for program leaders to network, gather new ideas, get refreshed and return to their sites with plans to improve their programs! Whether you are in need of new ideas, advice from experienced programmers, a bigger sounding board for sharing ideas or just some time away from your site to re-energize yourself, you will find something wonderful at Program Connection.

February 2nd, 2009 - February 6th, 2009
PCCCA Maintenance Connection: The Maintenance Connection Conference of the Presbyterian Church Camp and Conference Association is the annual gathering of maintenance-minded people from our camp and conference centers. All site managers, facility directors, volunteers, and anyone else interested in facility management in the camp and conference context are invited to attend. This year the event will be held at Menucha Retreat and Conference Center in Corbett, Oregon.
