This event will be held at Briarwood Retreat Center (Argyle, TX) on May 13-17. The time-tested best practices of interim ministry will be presented within the unique context of outdoor ministry organizations. Included in the course content will be core philosophies of interim ministry, process tasks of the interim executive director, and the organizational development tasks of coming to terms with history, identity, vision, and future leadership. The intentionally small group size will provide opportunities for interactive discussion and learning. This event is offered by Lutheran Outdoor Ministries in cooperation with their Outdoor Ministries Connection partners (which includes PCCCA). You can learn more about this event (and register) by going to the program brochure.
