PCCCA Membership

Membership is held by organizations and individuals. Each organization shall be a camp, conference or retreat ministry affiliated with the Presbyterian Church or shall have substantial vested interest in Presbyterian camp and conference center ministry or be from a denomination in a "formula of agreement" relationship with the Presbyterian Church. Individual members shall be lay or clergy with responsibility or substantial interest in church-related camp conference, or retreat ministry.

Section 1. Types of Membership

A. ORGANIZATION membership:

1. Qualifications:
a. Presbyterian-related camp, conference or retreat ministries.

2. Privileges:
a. One INDIVIDUAL membership for a staff person.
b. Two ASSOCIATE memberships for board/committee members.
c. Additional INDIVIDUAL memberships for staff persons available at a reduced rate.

B. INDIVIDUAL membership:

1. Qualifications:
a. Staff or volunteers serving in a supervisory capacity of a camp, conference or retreat ministry affiliated with the Presbyterian Church or in a "formula of agreement" relationship with the Presbyterian Church.
b. Members of Churches & Governing bodies who support the mission, goals, and ministries of the PCCCA.

2. Privileges
a. Voice and Vote at all general meetings of PCCCA.
b. Eligible for election to the Board.

C. ASSOCIATE membership:

1. Qualifications
a. Committee/Board members related to camp, conference or retreat ministries.
b. Students at the graduate or undergraduate level.
c. Volunteers related to camp, conference or retreat ministries who are not serving in a supervisory capacity.
d. Retired staff of camp, conference or retreat ministries.
e. Former members of PCCCA who have been selected for Lifetime Achievement by the Board and have been extended Emeritus Status in the Organization (no annual dues are required).

2. Privileges:
a. Voice and vote at all general meetings of PCCCA.
b. Eligible for election to the Board.
