About Me
With 18 seasons at Carin Family of Camps in Baysville, Ontario, I’ve journeyed from seasonal staff to Associate Director and Co-Executive Director. Throughout my time, I cultivated numerous visions and goals for our camp community, but I often felt the isolation that comes with the demands of this industry. Many of my dreams for our camp, staff, facility, board, and my own personal development remained unfulfilled, as I frequently prioritized immediate issues over my broader aspirations, as we all do.
During those times, I longed for a champion—someone to help clarify my thoughts and support my aspirations. This is the realization that has inspired me to become a coach, allowing me to serve camp directors like you, who are deeply committed to your mission but often place your own growth, projects, relationships, conflicts and visions on the back burner.
My Approach
As a coach, I don’t offer answers or advice as I am not a consultant; rather, I facilitate your journey by providing a space for reflection and exploration. I listen deeply to what’s most pressing in your world and ask questions that help you discover your own solutions. Together, we will reignite your passion and empower you to lead with confidence and clarity. We will ensure that your aspirations are not just dreams, but achievable and actionable goals.
