Benefits: • Salary: This is a year-round exempt salary position. Competitive pay commensurate based upon experience and qualifications.
• Housing: This position can include housing on-site, with value included in salary.
• Paid Vacation: Two weeks for the first & second year, 3 weeks the third & fourth year, 4 weeks the fifth year and thereafter.

Job Description:
Lutherwood Camp and Retreat Center is hiring a full-time, year-round Facilities and Maintenance Lead to help steward our beautiful 100+ acre site. This role involves overseeing all aspects of facility care, including landscaping, systems maintenance, volunteer coordination, contractor coordination, and general upkeep. The ideal candidate has experience in trades like carpentry, electrical, or plumbing, and a passion for hospitality, outdoor ministry, and reshaping the physical attributes of Lutherwood.
