Job Description:
Are you ready for ranch camp? Ebert Ranch Camp is a small group camp operated by Cross Trails Ministry, the Lutheran camp and retreat ministry of Southwestern Texas. The Ebert Ranch Program Director will create program and activity options for all ages at our 465 acre ranch camp in the Texas Hill Country. The Program Director must be excited about ranch life and interested in working with horses. They will join a dedicated program team to create curriculum and activity options, while also taking primary responsibility for all summer camp and non-summer retreat programs at the ranch. Applicants must have strong leadership skills, as well as the ability to work on a team, show creative initiative and provide exemplary Christian hospitality to all.
