Job Description:
We are looking for our next programs guru! Does playing in creeks, planning adventures, climbing challenge courses, and overseeing all things programming excite you? Located on 640 acres, NaCoMe is looking for our next Program Director to oversee and grow all our program areas as well as staff training and development, including but not limited to archery, target sports, aquatics/boats, challenge courses, off-site trips, and more. Located 1.5 hours from Nashville, NaCoMe is centrally located in Tennessee and is a PCUSA ministry of the Central Presbytery of Middle Tennessee. This position will be a key player by ensuring all our campers and staff have the best experience all year here at NaCoMe and that all are welcome as part of the NaCoMe family. This is a full-time, year-round, salaried position that includes private on-site housing, unlimited PTO, and fully paid insurance via the Board of Pensions.
